My concern is simple. They are a business and won't run in the red. So the revenues will need to be there to cover $200 mil. Heck, if the revenues are there I'd bet they spend more.

Put that way what comes first chicken or egg/revenue or spending.

We were 5 games over .500 at the all star break and attendance wasn't good. The tv deal is a big factor. People no longer get the games on their basic cable or satellite package and aren't paying $20 a month and as a result have lost interest.

A new tv deal is needed. DeWitt Jr and/or DeWitt III aren't going to take out a loan.

People have (upset) at MO and wanted him gone. Secondly they’ve been (upset) at BDW for keeping him and not spending. But mostly sick of MO being utterly clueless. So they stayed home. He sold the garages for $75 million. Team is worth $2.55 Billion. He’s not operating at a loss. His payroll poor crying worked well with fans that always want to be in agreement with management. Why? Makes them feel good about themselves.
