Im sure they'll give plenty of rope since the team won't compete this season but he didn't hit in the minors and unless you have two run producing corner OFers he's a liability as another hole in the lineup. Don’t know the guy but hope we get something equal or better if it happens
I am not always a defense first fan but some guys make enough difference and do all the other things well enough to keep them. Like Ozzie in his early days. But I agree they need more offense then from the corner OF positions. Who knows? Maybe Walker erupts to become a solid hitter we all thought he was.
But its definitely on the list.
