Nublues, I highly recommend Chimi's on Woodson road, a few blocks north of Lackland, in Overland. The wife and I dine there often. Authentic Mexican food. This is not Taco Bell.
I find Chimi's Fresh Mex hilarious. Owners got brass balls for sure. "Fresh Mex" is Chevy's tagline, and he stole the pepper apostrophe from Chilli's. Dude must have lawyers on speed dial because Mission Taco had to blow up it's entire theme rather than fight in court with a company that makes tortillas. This guy stole 2 trademarks.

If you ever get out to st. peters go to elmezon. take 70 past midrivers to 79. go on salt lick and its right there. great
