To me sometimes hitters need to be left alone
Let then just hit
A .300 hitters is better than a .220 with a few homeruns
Mmmm. Lunch angle.
 That's the problem

Walker was laying off that outside slider and hitting much better. He might want to stand a little closer to the plate also. I am not yet ready to give up on a 23 years old player. It may be hard to just pencil him in at RF, but I would like to see how he develops in one more season.

Saw this on Twitter from Brant Brown:
“At some point in time, he’s going to have to devote kind of more focus on preparation.”

“This is not only looking at film on the starter, but also being able to come in and the first day of a series, like just take a look at all the bullpen guys…

Just so we’re not like, you know, getting snuck up on when a guy comes in.”
Don't like hearing that.

Since his value and cost are minimal, you likely get
your wish. The only exception being would be is
IF he is difficult to work with.

I don’t like it either. Sounds like he might be a bit on the lazy side and not willing to put in the work to try and get better. A trip to the minors just might be the ticket to get the message across. He’ll either adjust and start working harder or he most likely won’t last long in the game. Shame, because he is talented, but it doesn’t come very easy to many players, even the great ones. They’re great because they are talented and still work hard at being better! My advice to him would be to grow up, and man up!
