You boys got your wish. No rain in St Louis. But how about 96 degrees.

Yep. 92 Friday, 96 Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday and 93 Wednesday.

This will be the teams first bout with high heat. Reds and Cubs.

Chill.
I think it's called summer...I could be wrong.
It is. And you know it’s been hot. The biggest issue is does this early season heat wave bode evil in July and August.

Yes, the best weather of any place I have ever been. Unfortunately too expensive for most folks to live there.
But a marvelous place to catch a Cards-Padres series-which I will be at the end of July.

Maybe, maybe not

It's been hot before and cold before. Both will happen again

I know. I hear ya. I’m talking just for that uncomfortable moment in time. When someone thinks or states- “ fck it’s hot.”

I hear ya.

It’s not the humility, it’s the heat.

I believe the earth is heating up. I look at the sun as a dying star. They keep getting hotter. Soon we will have to move from earth or go underground.

Should be good in Pittsburgh after today. Highs around 80. I expect a rainout today.

It’s usually good to be wrong on the weather. I wish last night had of been a rain out now.

Ha, good one.
Speaking of stupid, just made a trip down I-55 almost to New Orleans and back in 2 days. What we do for family, amirite?
Anyway, while driving you could see the squalls coming, drove thru an intense one in Mississippi that had vehicles including semis getting off on both sides of the Interstate.
I wasn't about to, as visibility was all but zero but getting rear ended seemed like a real possibility if we had bailed to the side and stopped.
Coming back had a decent squall S. of Sikeston with wind, but after the Mississippi one, no big deal. Rain, then sun, repeat, a couple nice rainbows, lots of humidity, but the feel like in S. Mississippi was about the same as near the QC in Illinois even being +800 miles apart N to S.
90 F something actual with a +100 feel like both places.
Maybe humidity correlates some with stupidity. If so, I was in the +70% range quite a bit over the weekend, lol.

Very tricky situation. Damned if you do stop, damned if you don’t. Those Louisiana and Mississippi rains are killer.

Sometimes it’s good to be wrong, but I’d trade a DH in place of last night.
