Is there, currently, an offensive deficiency at the cleanup spot for the Cardinals?

and off a tough lefty
This can’t be. Melville says he’s sushi and can’t hit HRs or RBI (given his LO hitter status). Keep shoving it down Mr. Narcissist’s throat Lars!

Warm air = GOOD!

Even the outs have been loud so far today. Bodes well.

I think our best lineup would be what we have today but drop Arenado to 6, so have Contreras 4 and Herrera 5.

Granted the idea is to give these guys leeway. But starting gorman walker over saggese when he was up here and starting them now over barrero isnt necessarily going for wins in my opinion
Saggese is a RH hitting infielder.
Neither Gorman (LH hitter) nor Walker (outfielder) are preventing him from taking PA's an the major league level.
Arenado is.
Right handers can still hit vs righthanders. And walker in that donovan could move to outfield. But i understand the goal of this season is to try and see what they have in those players.

with Willson and Herrera back and hitting. I agree that Saggese should be up here. There's zero reason to keep Burleson anymore. I know it puts a hurt on the local food industry....Restaurants, Vendors, Grocers, Farmers....but these are hard times.
