You just named all three of the club's big bat moves over the past decade. Those moves were designed to trick people like you into thinking they are competing. Fortunately more and more people are waking up, hence the empty seats in 2025.

So Cranny since you seem to be the closet to BDW of any known poster here……what is his endgame? Hope Bloom performs miracles with drafts and Caribbean signings? Something that has NEVER completely filled a winning Cards roster in the last 40yrs or so. You’ve seem to have written off ever signing a worthwhile FA. Even on the very slim chance that Bloom hits on most prospects that’s 5-7yrs down the road. The Fan Base will have been all but destroyed as old baseball dogs die off and interest in the STL team being shattered…..youth has too many alternatives to care.
