Incredible. And I see no home runs? Is that correct. .NYCardsFan wrote: ↑13 Apr 2025 13:15 pm12.1 IP, 0 BB.
An anomalous .351 BABIP-against and sequencing have been the main problems.

Problem with that is, bat Contreras- Burly - Pozo at 5,6,7 you're basically taking Scott's speed away from him. At least one of the 3 is likely to be on base when Scott hits. Not a good idea to group all your big, slow guys together in the lineup.Shady wrote: ↑13 Apr 2025 11:34 amI agree. Right now, Saggese would be as good of a choice as any at #2. Burleson at #5 and Contreras at #6.rockondlouie wrote: ↑13 Apr 2025 11:31 am Thx duce
Oli's got to get Bumbles (.689 OPS) in there at all cost.
Gorman/DH
Saggesse/2B
Saggese (.471 .444 .647 1.092) in the #2 hole

Cards haven't won a series from the Phills since 2017, says Chip

That was an easy seven pitch half inning.

Cards waste no time
go 1-2-3 very quickly

According to MLB 6 pitches - 5 strikes. The issue of blazing speed in the 2 hole does not seem as important as once thought. Really nothing out of the infied.

My bad 7 Pitches 6 strikes.
