Last night's lineup was a joke, too many players who are JAG.

M. Winn at cleanup?

C'mon Oli ::crazya::

And not a peep from the front office (donkey) kissers...
Mo-ran has certainly left his mark on this debacle...

No mention of the guys out with injuries? Typical.

That has nothing to do with watching a AAA team on September 5th. Typical.

There is no one worth keeping on this teams roster, to build around.

You need to read a little closer. Injuries had nothing to do with watching a AAA team at this point. You try to make ever excuse and can't see the forest for the trees.

I think you’re stirring the pot. What do you expect of a team that sits around .500 at he end of the season. They bring guys up. From AAA.
Hence the similarities.

Do you build a team around a bunch of 1-2 WAR players?

Nados terrible. Hurdy can't stay healthy and does nothing very well. Bumbles is a role player

Every team has injuries. And the Cardinals have been the beneficiary of having just two pitchers the entire year go on the IL. And they were relievers who weren't very special. The Cubs and Dodgers lost top starters for long periods. The Cubs lost their top starter for the season very early.

And how did this team do with Arenado, Donovan and Burly in the lineup? Not very well. Arenado's noodle bat especially is not missed.

They were 9 over .500 at one point.

Yeah, and how long did that last? Came crashing back to reality as Donovan slumped and Arenado simply did not produce along with the perfectly healthy rotation crashing. They WERE 9 over .500. Then came a 5-13 mark against the Pirates, Cubs, Nats, Braves, D-Backs and Rockies. Remember that? Shut out 3 in a row by the Pirates? Shut out at Coors Field.
