I'd yank Pallante now and put him on a bus.

I hope one of them steps up I don’t think his bat will be superior by much if any thoughriff raff wrote: ↑18 Apr 2026 18:06 pmsss, his bat will prove to be superior.Ozziesfan41 wrote: ↑18 Apr 2026 18:03 pmHis bat isn’t way better than Scott’s Scott has a higher batting average and on base percentageriff raff wrote: ↑18 Apr 2026 17:54 pmSmall sample size for Church vs Scott.Mort Gage wrote: ↑18 Apr 2026 17:05 pmThanks, Cosmo. To be fair neither is Church. Unless if Tai Peete catches lightning in a bottle I think anyone who could lock down CF for 5-7 years will come from outside the organization.riff raff wrote: ↑18 Apr 2026 16:51 pmAgreecardinalsfever44 wrote: ↑18 Apr 2026 16:03 pm Good to see Church in CF. Victor is not cutting it at the plate.
I hope they give Church a run. His bat is way better than Scotts and his defense is comparable excepting his arm which is superior.
Scott has improved though.

Fine at bat JJ. From 0-2 to nine pitch walk.. That’s Strong.

Pallante is a number five. I expect a 10-8 game.

With the way he can hit to all fields he will definitely hit .280+ maybe this year only .270. Hes working through right now when to be aggressive and when to be aggressive and he’s showing he’s good at being able to do both but he will go through some growing pains definitely like what I see though I hope the cards can extend him early
