Actually, just welcoming in the new. That's all.
If that helps you fall asleep at night have at it
Beats being hung up with negativity based upon the past. I really feel sorry for those who can't let the hatred go. It only hurts them.
I for one will never forget how Mo took one of the most respectable franchises in all of sport and reduced them to a laughing stock. Is there a Cardinals Hall of Shame?

The organization got away from a pitching first philosophy and it killed them. Chaim is running the train back down a pitching track and it will pay off in the medium to long run.
Boos for the owner?
Oh yeah! Perception is he is holding back funding better players.
Be that as it may…

They are booing someone they just gave their money to……

so who’s the fool?

Bloom has a 5- year contract. I bet you can count on one hand ( maybe one finger ) the number of fans that will give him his full contract to prove
his worth .

Not hung up here. Nothing but excitement and optimism about a guy in charge of fixing the mess his predecessor created. A guy that has a clear plan and vision and new ideas and most importantly isn’t(or doesn’t come off as) an arrogant P[ositively] O[bnoxious] S[impleton] that believes he is better than everyone else regardless of how much he is failing……like his predecessor……

I know it shouldn’t surprise me, but the fact that Mo still has defenders is insane. I wasn’t more than two or three posts and someone starts it’s with they felt Mo did a good job but it got away from him at the end. He did not have it get away from him at the end, his missteps started November 2014 and it was one after another from 10+ years. There were occasional good decisions (Goldy and Arenado trades) but far too many bad decisions which led to this franchise being severely damaged and left in a rebuild it should have never needed.

There may not be a better opportunity for a lot
of applause than following the sentiment that fans
had for Mozeliak. Maybe I could get one. nah.

You can throw put all of the numbers you want. One of those seasons they got lucky and set a record with RISP. Another they got lucky and set another record with starters ERA. Yet another they had to put together a 20 game winning streak. On top of the fact that for most of that run the pirates, reds and cub were some of the worst teams in all of baseball.

Anybody who paid attention could tell this team was on a downward trajectory from 2013 on. Mo made 3 good trades his entire tenure: Lackey, Goldschmidt and Arenado. The rest of his tenure is stained with terrible FA signings/trades, incompetent management and half-measures to compete for a wild card spot. The guy literally said that his strategy was to sneak into a wild card and hope they get hot. That is beyond pathetic.

Call it like I see it. Could have chimed in on the positive direction of the team but you decided to protect your boyfriend. Tells me everything I need to know about wha your intentions are here.
