No, they will trade Nolan and Sonny. Then, along with money from Miko’s contract up, Bloom will add 2-3 starters on short term contracts. If the cards are bad next year, he might trade them.

Eventually, numerous prospects will experience success on the mlb team. Around that time, the team will start spending on FAs.

You make my point though. You say Donovan is good (he was great in the first half), but they will trade (dump) him instead of extending him. Even quality players have yo years and down years but you can never build a complete team of players with less than five years of service time.
