Cranny is the only CTer who will debate someone all day, then criticize them for being on CT all day.

Jatalk wrote: 18 Sep 2025 06:37 am My question is when does it get interesting again. Winter meetings?
It should get interesting well before the winter meetings. Bloom should begin making some serious transactions as soon as the season ends - including 40 man roster cuts, manager and coaching staff changes, trades, and FA signings. Then, during the winter meetings, some even bigger moves could be made.

It should happen this way, but if there is little or no club activity, the forum posts will shrivel and shrink to record levels, just like this seasons' attendance.

I see that not only is it no longer available on Google search, but it's barely visible on the STL Today site. Final option under Sports menu now too. Seems like that's really the only way to find it.

I say over/under 2 years.

The Cardinals are killing the Post-Dispatch and the local economy. Years ago people bought more papers when the Cardinals were winning. Papers don't really sell now but I am sure that the traffic to stltoday is way down because of the Cardinals. The forums are slower than they used to be.

The local economy is being killed by the Cardinals play the last few years. It is hurting St. Louis.

Good for PR, Cardinals are to important to the city and I don't see CT ever going away.

LoL. Lots of high expectations and superpowers being expected/granted to Bloom and now the Cards are killing off the local paper?!

CT will be around, because it's too freaking hilarious!

What would it be if we all agreed with you? That’s all you’ve ever wanted.

By course of suggested action, he actually wants to shut CT down.

Anyone he disagrees with eventually receives the suggestion (if they're complaining about "_______") that they should find something else to do with their time.

I will be sorry to see CT go if it does happen. I get a lot of information on here about the Cards and players coming up in the minors.

The Cardinals should embrace the CT forum as a way to keep fan interest. But we have seen that the organization could care less about the fans. I think Mozeliak (and maybe BDW3), even despise the fans.

Even the front office (donkey) kissers can't defend Mo-ran's legacy...but I heard they aren't on CT very often!
