He was basically the same as it ever was before then.
I think he is chasing the absurd off the plate less. The ones over in the other batters box.
He MIGHT be in a better spot, needs confidence in the changes which takes both time and production.
Needs more balance and improved recognition. He's got a way to go.

He's career -4 DRS at 3b and -11 DRS. And he is 465th in Sprint Speed in MLB.
My point was that he had a different batting coach the past three years and two of the years were better offensively.
