Kid's pitch recognition is complete sh*t. Doesn't matter how fast your bat is if you think junk coming at you is hittable.
or swing at a pitch in the left hand batters box, for which you'd need a 7 foot bat just to cue it off the end

What a slug Pallante is. Cards seem to like that kind. He keeps going out there every fifth day.
