Yep! One would think they would have a coach of some sort that could work with him. This organization is absolutely mind boggling..

The pitch for thr HR was well below the strike zoneframe.
Two circles below the box.
I don’t blame Sonny. The guy swung at a very low pitch.
He golfed it out.
Meatballs center cut got homers is one thing.. not a pitch that the ump would never call a strike.

Seems like a looooong time since that 1hit complete game shutout. Both Sonny and Pages looked great that day. Since then Sonny has been fairly stinky.

If the team weren't so lacking in so many ways I would be frustrated by Sonny's suckage. As things are...not too phased and not at all surprised. Sigh

Beautiful, JWalk!

Nice easy swing and good hard contact and that was on the outside corner!

He is LITERALLY the only thing worth getting excited about in this game. hahaha

lol, Walker, wth!?!?

Nado tried to pull an outside corner pitch and, predictably, grounded to the left side

Left hand batters often can go down and golf a 79 mph curve ball from a RHP for distance, especially when Gray threw him the same pitch in the same location on the previous pitch. Not a very good pitch selection in that situation.

When's the last time you saw a baserunner doubled up on a pop-up to the first baseman? Running on the play or not.
