Moe has been showing us for the last 20 years that wearing a starched shirt with sleeves rolled up and shorts, including leather loafers with no socks, is a wonderful look, but no one is catching on.

I actually agree with this. There’s a lot of things Mo can be criticized for, the way he dresses isn’t one of them. Just because it doesn’t play well in the Midwest doesn’t mean it’s not a thing.
