Measured by ROI, Strasburg might be the worst ever… and somehow the Nats are stuck paying the remainder of his contract, post retirement.

What's worse about the Strasburg contract is that it was uninsured, so they are on the hook for the full amount. Not sure how they didn't get that insured unless no insurance company would touch that with a 10 foot pole. Either that or the premiums were so high it didn't make sense.
