Sandy to the Cardinals means the Cardinals are confident in Alcantra's health, are highly supportive of a surprisingly competitive team, and have decided to just go for a playoff run. So much that they are willing to give up XYZ for Sandy.
The next question is what is XYZ? Who did the Cardinals give up and how long will CT rue that trade? MO's last "gesture" to Cardinal's Fans.

Fifth June star he gave up 7 runs vs Arizona. If I was a pitcher I'd rather be in the Miami ballpark than Wrigley. This will be interesting to follow.
