Corny, can you get me out of this, for old time's sake?
Can’t do it, butsally.

This thread has made me very happy!

Fabrizio, traduce per me. (Fabrizio, translate for me.)
My name is Michael Corleone. There's a lot of people who would pay a lot of money for that information, but then your daughter would lose a father instead of gaining a husband.

If the Cardinals are "buyers". The Cardinals should offer either Gorman or Walker in a package for Alcantara. Give Miami their choice of Gorman or Walker. The Cards would probably need to add something to the offer.

Do you think Roby wears a robe? He should be allowed to pitch in a robe. How do you think his stuff would look?

Stay tuned, lonely puppy. Roby is going to be pretty darn good. Very much like my call on Burleson. What was your prediction for Burleson about two years ago?

"All Rise"....every time he takes the mound? What happens when he faces Aaron Judge? Or Mike Judge? Will he talk like Hank Hill?

So now the guru is slighting Roby. Like he's done Burleson a lot over the years.

I love Roby....I just think CW is on to some genius Marketing. We could market, Robes, gavels, magic wands, colorful ties....blowup dolls for you and your lot and kind, no Kink shaming here.
And you should really learn reading comprehension. I've never "slighted Roby". We've all been talking about Roby....a lot longer than you (4 months? The first time you saw him for 1 inning in Spring Training? We've been following him since July '23.
So get in line, you found nothing with him, everyone else knew of his potential well before you.
You can't/won't be able to run laps on this one.

You bring up many interesting points. Not sure about Mike, but Roby would blow Aaron Judge away.

as we recall, you hitched your wagon to the Next John Tudor, Drew Rom. Don't you remember all of Spring Training 2024, you spent 5 weeks spewing "Drew Rom would be the Ace of the Rotation for many years to come"...you refused to consider 7 other starts, but focused on his 1 start in 5 IP against Baltimore....don't remember? You never said anything about Roby until March of 2025...4 months ago...along with Munoz.
Yep...2024 spring training was all about Drew Rom, and Saggese being just like Steve Garvey.

No they had a chance to pick up ground after winning the 1st 2 games vs the Cubs and failed miserably getting shutout in both games! I don't think they're going to make the playoffs.

I'll admit, I didn't start promoting Roby until I saw what he could do when healthy. I don't recall you praising him much before then either.? One thing FOR SURE, you were very wrong about Burleson. Oh, by the way, it seems I was very RIGHT ON.

I'm glad Burleson had a good month in May and parts of June. He was in need of it. I'm a Cardinal fan.
