He's had impressive outings. But some not so impressive. Time for the big bucks guys, Gray, Arenado, and Contreras to shine against a quality opponent tonight. The Cardinals don't need to slide too far behind the Cubbies.

I would counter that EVERYONE on the roster needs to "shine". The big bucks guys earned those contracts and have earned those dollars. This of course is true in almost any endeavor, not just professional sports.

I'm quite certain guys like Winn, Scott, Herrera, and your beloved Burly hope to earn one of those BIG BUCKS contracts one day. The time to earn it is now.

Your continued attacks on Contreras are hilarious. Are you mad because you said Burly would probably replace him at first base this season? As I've explained to you, Contreras did get off to a slow start...but he remains one of the most dangerous hitters in the lineup. He has the track record.
