Not pretending to know what their thinking is, but, it wouldn't be surprising to see them continue to experiment until they get it right. Munoz needs to work on command. No place better than where the games don't count nearly as much. Svanson was intriguing last night. Hope that continues.

With this stretch of games coming up that was likely the plan with the last bullpen guy then bring up a fresh arm.

No doubt and increased with a short BP.
6 man has to have 6 IP from at least half of the SP's.
They can throw Mikolas to the wolves since brutally, his future means less.
I'd give some protection to Matz, IMO, he could be a decent trade chip if he's
productive.
IF they could juggle the 7 man RP it would open up roster options. There's a couple
that I'd move down easily. Hesitant in thinking that the Cards see it the same.
