I had already made plans for Tuesday night and it wouldn't be anywhere near as exciting had they already clinched. lol

Something worth noting as edmonton won tonight. If edmonton beats la tomorrow and wins out, then the kings will be playing for seeding and home ice advantage over edmonton in the first round when they face the calgary flames for the final game. I know many people are expecting vegas and kings not to even try.

There also technically isnt no incentive for vegas. Theres a chance thaz game influences theirbfirst round opponent. Also finishing with more points than daklas stars would give them home ice advantage over stars if both made conference finals

That's a good question if the Flames are down. But a loss in regulation is an elimination event. Opening the possibility of getting eliminated sooner than later via an empty net goal is IMO a bad plan.
I don't know why that would change the strategy
Could you better define the word "that" in your post. I'm not being a smart (donkey), I just don't understand what you are saying.
I mean the time in which you think its best to pull the goalie to tie a game remains the same in every game doesn't it?

I couldn’t watch. I just checked in to see the score about every 45 min. At 2-2 I got a little hopeful but Calgary just seems like they cam win it out to 82 games

Discussed it with the blues players, not finishing it out better. That goal with 20 sec left-just another disappointment

Ok I keep quoting Yogi

It ain’t over til it’s over (which does not project to the ultimate winner)

It will suck if the Blues miss this playoffs.

It will suck only slightly less if they had to back into a wild card slot by losing their last four games.

They do control their own destiny.
Kick the front door open, boys.

Bring your best for one game.
