Re: Scoreboard Watch - March 31st
well, with 7 games for both teams left, the wild can only really give up 1 more point on the blues before the blues pass them for WC1. Pretty tight margin now, though this point is significant enough for them as it puts them 1 point closer to in the playoffs.

Re: Scoreboard Watch - March 31st
So the Mild will remain alone atop the #1 WC spot for the time being. I'll take it because in my world the Blues gained some ground.
Meanwhile, the flames have given up a second goal making it 2 - 0 Avs. And while I'd love to see a Makar type play, it seems the Avs are playing the backup, Wedgewood, so the impact would be minimal.
EDIT - WC is Wild Card - not Western Conference.

Calgary looks gassed tonight. Their big push was a few minutes where they got a few of 1 and done shots.
If they lose tonight, the pressure tomorrow will be huge. I don’t see them with the horses to do this.

Anyone see the end of regulation in the MIN NJ game? The devils just stood behind the net and the wild didn’t pressure at all. Both teams were more than happy with the 1 pt secured.
Need 3 pts for Regulation win or take away the loser point

ESPN÷ feed sucks tonight. Sometimes looks like a 1970s over the air broacast.

Calgary with some gumption. Klapka is a handful not afraird to run goalies.
Re: Scoreboard Watch - March 31st
Wild will have tiebreaker as they have huge advantage in regulation wins, so its really like they are up 2 points instead of 1.JoshInFenton wrote: ↑31 Mar 2025 20:56 pm well, with 7 games for both teams left, the wild can only really give up 1 more point on the blues before the blues pass them for WC1.
