I am not saying Cardinals. I am saying horrible umps in general can cause player slumps by having them extend the strike zone swinging at pitches that are well out of the zone. The umps are not near as accurate as the electronic strike zone. It is stupid at this point to use umps to call balls and strikes.
Um, they are still working the kinks out of the system
Um, the umps have more kinks than the electronic strike zone. That is why they use the electronic strike zone to grade the umps ability to call balls and strikes Moran.

Herrera continues to hit. Mel said pages would be catching because pitchers don’t like Herrera but starters have pitched 11 innings and given up just 2 runs with him catching

I hope at some point Bloom takes Oli aside and ends his man crush over the DH. It's in Year 3 and not improving.
