W.
3 games out of the playoffs, 1 game behind the Reds, but still the worst everything ever according to many on CT.

Well the 30-88 Rockies once again find ways to lose games
Amazing
Amazing

3b and outfield were actually donovans original positions in college, not 2b.
Saggeseis way more experienced at 2b than 3b so it makes sense in that regard

...Cardiac Cardinals at it again...! Come from behind in the 8th inning to take the lead 3-2, and hold on for the win...
Reading the posts tonight on CT is hilarious... 99 percent of you guys are bit ching, moaning, groaning about the Cards' batters, the defense, and the management... But, somehow, in spite of all that, the Cards come thru... but, of course they didn't win the RIGHT way... How about some kudos for Oli, making the PH call of Donovan for Pages, and putting in Hampson for Gorman... Was a bold move, but, crickets from the experts here...
...Keep it up, guys... Shows how much you know about this game...

Miles deserved a win.
Caught a few breaks against a bad team.
Ugly wins happen!
To recap:
Burleson and Donovan deliver the runs.
BUT.....Gorman is clearly our most PRODUCTIVE
LH bat????
That is....according to ME-ville the resident genius.
Easy
Obvious
Correct
LMAO

I hope his groin survived his triple.
Re: GDT : Cards vs. Rockies (8/11) ~ 6:45pm CDT
That’s exactly why I don’t want him traded! He may not always be the best hitter, but he has a knack of coming through in the clutch!
That’s something that can’t be taught, but can inspire others to play better. Every team with aspersions of winning, need a player or players like Donnie!

they should never have had the leadBaseball Savant wrote: ↑11 Aug 2025 21:10 pm Well the 30-88 Rockies once again find ways to lose games

If you're the manager why would you not pinch run for Gorman and PH Donovan there?
Oh and you forgot about leaving Leahy in too finish the game.
