You won’t see that very often.
Mikolas confounds me. He is certainly not a power pitcher but he does have a decent fastball that he can reach back for 94/95 when needed.
Yesterday he seemed to get cocky after breezing through the first three throwing a lot of slow breaking stuff.
And as bad as the Guardians lineup is you just can’t telegraph the same slow junk over and over.
Sooner or later you throw a bunch of hangers and they got smoked.
Throw your fastball more!

Pirates beat the Mets 12-1.
Reds beat the Padres 3-2 in the bottom of the 9th.
Cubs lost to the Astros 2-0. Former Brewer closer Hader gets the save. He's still helping the Brewers.
Brewers tied with Rockies 2-2 going into extra innings. Brewers blew a 2-0 lead after 7 innings.

Good game. Gorman beginning to become what many had hoped he would be. Just let the kid play. He is going to strike out some, but is getting better all the time.
