Never been Drink’s style in conference. Too conservative. Every year is the same

3-4 minutes into the game the announcers said that Drink told them he was going to start out playing conservative so as not to get the crowd into it. Just think about that....you go into a game playing not to lose. Your whole game plan created during the week was designed to not lose. It seems nuanced but that sort of an attitude ripples down into the entire roster....don't make a mistake takes precedence over go make a play. Hard to win games that way when the talent level is equal or close to it

This team, this year will finish 8-4 and outside the top 25 at best. They just do not play aggressive in coaching or game plan. Pribula is making too many mistakes. Offensive line is not creating holes and pass defense leaves a lot to be desired.
