Watching the Reds feed. The announcers said Reds have not scored on Fernandez this year ? if I heard them right.

Nothing like a battle of futility.
futility players are a strength of this team (Hampson, Prieto, Saggese, Fermin)
Saggese gets part of a season but Walker gets 3 years? Church gets 20 games but Walker gets 3 years? Perspective please?
Those players are all utility players. We have a lot of them. There is not such thing a a futility player. Lighten up.
How would you know that, at what point do you know what player is who you state that they are? Do tell?

Now 1 hit allowed in his past 7 appearances.

If 0 or 1 out , then a long fly ball scores the run but there were 2 outs so the only advantage is if there is a wild pitch or pass ball so not worth the risk of trying to get to 3rd .
There was only one out. I have np with trying to steal 3rd, but I just can't fathom how bad they are at executing. They have to have been picked off at least 50 times this year, if not more.

Ellie up .. the hero OR the goat tonight !

Cardinals just too good for the Reds. :D

Those who think the Cardinals made mistakes tonight, the Reds errors cost them 3 unearned runs.
Barry Larkin, analyst, said too many mistakes to win these games. tough loss for Reds

Chip, "short bullpen". Why do we always have a short bullpen, even after a day off? Please stop with that ****, I am sick of hearing it.

Would take an 8-1 or 12-2 stretch for me to start giving a sheep but that game was at least entertaining enough that I watched nearly all of it.

All teams should make their stadiums more geared towards offense or hitter-friendly like Cincy, Philly, NYY, etc. It would likely be very good for the sport.

Also not sure Elle deserved the error on that throw in the 10th. It was a tough play and he threw it on target; 1st bman couldn't scoop it out.

Flipped back and forth after the Fermin boner!
Smelly De La Cruz is a mental midget with obvious physical talent.
Always love beating the Reds in their Little League Ballpark!
They are now 3-10 in extra innings.
Good win despite some questionable stuff!

Do the caught stealing include pickoffs?
