81 - 81 would be a great season. Will be interesting to see how this season affects ticket sales.
Still saying the very same thing.
What was your prediction, do you remember.
This was it from Feb. 28th.
I think I said 81-81 as well. I’m worried now because we are losing winnable games, summer heat is here, and we play a formidable schedule.
My 77W maybe high at this point. Losers in FO…..Losers in the dugout….mostly losers in uni’s
Blow it up
Hmmm. That’s only 26W away. And 37L.
Sounds about right with this crew
Well. Supposedly in a re-something? I’d expect a record of that nature in a losing year. But I’d expect improvements based on that losing.

Too many moving parts for a firm prediction, so I'll say between 76 and 86 wins.
I'm still good with this, though 76 now looks more realistic than 86.

Original:
With NADO + Helsley + Fedde all season:
86 - 76
Without those three:
71 - 91
WOW, nothing from Fedde at all, very little from NADO and only okay from Helsley.
I'm checking back on 8/1 when all the trade dust has settled.

That’s not far off. Ten games or so. Can a lot happen in a short period of time?

Yes
Helsley, Matz, Maton, Fedde could all easily be gone by then.
McG up here to stay.
We can only hope Mikolas goes to via a waive or is DFA'd.

Looks like I originally said 84 wins, and that may hold.
Even when the team got hot I stayed realistic, could never see them winning more than about 87.

I predicted 76-86 before the season and hold to it during the season. Firing Oli now may get you a dead-cat bounce, though.

I originally agreed with another poster at 77-85. Assuming they NOW do the right thing and sell I think I'll end up close. They have played to a level I did not expect but in the end it's clear they are no threat in the playoffs if by some miracle they make them.
If they sell expect a worse last 3rd of a season.

Good morning.
We do this every year. I don’t know if anyone ever gets close to their predictions.
So let’s do it again, but let’s play X treme predicting- two opportunities to give predictions.
First record prediction is now, three games into ST. Next vote will be last day of ST. You can then update your first choice.
On that day, I will pull up the thread, and we revisit it. Then wait 162 games to see who’s closest:
Me- cool team, not great, signs of growth , .500 at 81-81.
Next.
Let’s give a third round of predictions- the post AS predictions. 62 games.

I think 76 might be the magic number. Sadly.

I said 84 in February.
A fool such as I...
Now and then there's a fool such as I
Pardon me, if I'm sentimental
When we say goodbye
Don't be angry with me should I cry
When you're gone, yet I'll dream
A little dream as years go by

I had 75-87.
Looking at the schedule, I think they can still get there.
