IMO. Catcher should not have challenged the pitch
Called a ball to Winn.
Early in count.
By doing so and bring wrong they have no challenges for 9th final inning.
Down 4 runs , you should save that for your final team at bat

Imagine scenario where Rays load the bases with 2 outs in 9th..
3-2 count in batter and ump punches batter out tio end thr game on pitch that walks in run and keeps bases loaded.
