Need to work on our pass D, if we improve there we could make a run. Great win today!

DL gave up 31 yds on 18 carries, so they were fine IMO. Our DBs were pretty suspect as kU missed on several drops and a wide open overthrow on a TD. Plus, if worried about the pass rush, they were staying in lanes to prevent the QB runs which limited the pass rush.

I agree with the OL, especially the left side.

Yeah, I wasn't thrilled with the defense today. Run defense was ok but the pass defense was not very good. Secondary coverage was less than stellar. Good interception by Carnell to close it out but the dropped pass by the kU receiver to end their chances was our best defense all day.

Our run D was amazing. It’s like we made the decision that if Daniels could beat us through the air, then we’d take our chances.

My first take about the team is Missouri should run the ball 70% of the time on 1st down. I would say 100% but obviously that would not work.

I think this running back tandem is exceptional and to start off with 3-5 yards opens the options for the passing game.

I got annoyed quite a few times today.

21-6 lead. So Tigers outscored them 36-10. Let's not underestimate by even a point how badly Jayturds got dominated the final 3 quarters.

DL went long stretches where they created no pressure

595 yards total offense, and some folks are nitpicking the OLIne?

Yeah, I guess it could be better so they could've had 800 total yards. 8)

Pribula was amazingly accurate and on time. 30-39-0 for 334 yards and 3 TDs. And his receivers just don't drop the ball.

Also, 47 rushing attempts for 261 yards or 5.6 YPC.

Dominating on offense behind that so-called deficient OLine.

Game would've been a blowout if not for the Pribula fumble for a Jayturds TD.

Our receivers made some great catches today too.

Considering 7 points were off a scoop and score and a Kansas drive was extended and they scored a TD because of a horse**** call I though the defense did pretty well. A win's a win.

Refs were awful today. Also missed Daniels stepping OOB by a lot.

True, but ai think that was because they were not doing any stunt and trying to rush straight ahead in lanes. Exactly like they did last year against Sellers. He did not run a lick, but put up career high in yards and TDs. Seems like Batoon needs to learn from these two games on how not to lay against a running QB.

O-line struggled early.

Pass D didn’t look good.

I thought everything else was aces. Also at least worth noting the guys who Mizzou struggled to contain was a 6th year QB and a 7th year TE. At some point we’ll get back to 19-21 year olds playing just each other.

This is a great point.

I noticed too that the Dominant Jayhawks were 6th year players? Paying these guys is one thing, but letting them hang around until they're 30 seems a bit much.

Stupid announcers acted like being a 6th year player was really cool. Actually, the announcers were so unfamiliar with ku students that they had no idea that it takes most of them 6-8 years to get their associates degree.

I said it in the prediction thread and I'll say it again, our WRs are outstanding. Olugbode is a stud. Coleman is awesome, Johnson is great, Norfleet is great, Manning and Blood are very good. Might be the best WR corps in the country. It's nice to have a QB that can get the ball to them too.
