A MOTO bat on this team with 11 HRs and 43 RBIs and 31 runs. Not good enough. And he's slow and a bad defender. Compare him with Cubbie OFs Suzuki, Tucker and PCA, and it should be obvious he's not in their league.

Was out and just started watching the game in the sixth inning with Herrera AB. Have we been chasing Pfaadt’s breaking ball all night? Just terrible ABs. We take the fastball down the middle for a strike and chase his breaking ball all over the place. We just don’t give ourselves much of a chance.

He's still better than just okay. He doesn't have to bat MOTO.

Gotta measure up to the competition, and he doesn't. When he is your best OF, your team is in bad shape. He's not a foundational player. He can be traded in the right deal to build a better roster.
