It's tough to not give them an A all things considered. As you mentioned, they weren't going to get a huge haul for him, but they did get as much as they could have reasonably hoped for. I’ve been saying that people should temper their expectations on what they were going to get for Donovan. We were never getting haul for him, so I’m good with the trade, if that’s all. I’m giving it a solid B, as of now. To get an A they would have to have gotten a haul, in my opinion. Sucks to trade Donovan, but it was the right move.
Weird that we got two LHH back. Will we ever get some RHH?

On the radio this week passan (I think) was talking about cards improved infrastructure and identifying talent they think they can fix. Peete is very young and purportedly 5 tools. I'm not a Peete fan, but he's still young....maybe he lowers the K's and starts to hit the ball? The new lab/hitting instructors seemed to fix Josh Baez in late 2024....so anything can happen. Hope it does
