I watched one of those games, first game of the season vs. Calgary. Oilers were up 3-0 and lost in shootout, on home ice. That was why I was really surprised when the Blues beat the Flames on the road.

There’s some talk about problems in their room. Even some players have hinted at it. Something seems different though…even though they have a history of poor starts

Blues won this game because they were pumped when they heard Calle Rosen is back in the system and they are now committed, as a team, to drafting no lower than 6th.

I watched the game, the Oilers played well. It was an uptempo high-skilled game for 60 minutes. The one stat they called out on TV actually surprised me, the Blues were winning almost 90% of the contested pucks. Maybe the Oilers miss Kane? That said, the Oilers were skating well.

Tampa Blues; I'm in Texas and saw the entire game on ESPN + thankfully. It was not the 1st game or sport show listed so I did need to move he cursor over a handful of boxes to get this game. Maybe you just did not see it.

No game on ESPN+ Wed as it is on the TNT or Tru network vs the Capitals.

Rerun of the game is on FanDuel tonight if you missed it. Was good to see such a solid effort for 60 minutes and the Blues closing out for the win. That said there were times when the Oilers had rush after rush and all we did was dump the puck out of our Dzone so they could put together another rush. That is not a good plan.

The announcing is indeed awful. Call the game. Keep the chit chat and uninteresting anecdotes to a minimum. How many times do I have to hear about what Crosby said about Sunny just because Joey had some time with the Pens? It's embarrassing the Blues made this downgrade.
