That's part of the problem now. They're all trying to hit the ball out of the stadium. That leads to a lot of pop ups and foul outs. I would argue that they need to "slap" the ball more not less. Arizona scored 5 runs on "slap hits" mostly.

He certainly isn't doing much well today. It also doesn't help that his offense couldn't score in a tball game.

Slap hits are different than infield ground outs. We will have to agree to disagree on this one.
