Well said. He's probably been getting away with it for years. I don't live that far from him and hunt every season.

And there is some regulation for hunting and fishing. And when people break the regulations, the law should be enforced.

Not at all.
I would always feed my dear corn to fatten them up and make them taste better. Otherwise, they would just eat the scrub and oak in the Ozarks and end up kind of gamey.
