A better question is who is most likely to be offered an extension
1) JJ
2) Herrera
3) Burleson will never be extended

In order w/best case OPS guess:
-Ivan/.875 OPS
-JJW/.820 OPS
-Bumbles/.810 OPS
-Ivan/.875 OPS
-JJW/.820 OPS
-Bumbles/.810 OPS

If those OPSs hold up and Gorman and Walker show some progress. The Cardinals could win more games than last season with slightly better starting pitching.rockondlouie wrote: ↑17 Feb 2026 11:25 am In order w/best case OPS guess:

Add in more offense than they got in 2025 from Winn & Noot as well.Shady wrote: ↑17 Feb 2026 11:29 amIf those OPSs hold up and Gorman and Walker show some progress. I also think the SR will be better than the 2025 rotation that featured three of the worse starters (Mikols-Fedde-Pallante) in MLB.
I've been saying all winter, 2026 Team > 2025 Team.
