Why wouldn’t it be a sellout. Dewitt announced an increase in stadium experience. Don’t you want your flavored turkey legs? What about new games to play on the scoreboard?

p.s. Ticketmaster has plenty of $70 seats available too!
MLB has seats for $49.

That many are willing to buy a poor product?
Opening Day in STL is a tradition in baseball and a true experience, rivaled by few. As a Trashtros Boy, you wouldn't understand!

I don't think people go to opening day, because they are sure that their team is going to win. I think people go to opening day to hear "Here comes the king" or whatever the Budweiser song title is, to watch the retired Cardinal greats, to celebrate the tradition of the beginning of the days of summer. I get chills on opening day. If you are too bitter to have fun on opening day, I feel sorry for you.

Well, you have a good point.

I don’t understand people who constantly complain about a product, and then continue to buy it.

I guess it’s true……a sucker is born every day..

I’ve been a Cards fan for sixty years. I’ve seen them win nine pennants and four World Series. I’m a fan. I criticize the owner, or the front office, or the manager or the players, when they deserve it, and I support them always. Im not a sucker.

It won’t be below 2 million. Only people crying are needy CT posters with no life. Everybody I know can’t wait for baseball to start.

Being a fan, and supporting the team is not exclusively about buying tickets, and certainly not about always agreeing with the way the team is run. It is unsurprising that your focus is only about the financial aspect.

that's because the financial aspect is the only thing that business people understand or care about...

damage their bottom line and one will get their attention..

you are right...support is not just about tickets....following the club, hoping they win, being a fan.......good for those folks

my issue is those that complain about the club endlessly....and then give the club their money...

those folks are either phonies or foolish......I suspect both
