do you think he has that capability? i think maybe 25 is his ceiling. I could be wrong

I got some beach front property near the Meramac River you might be interested in.

How many acres and what price you asking ? My wife always wanted beach front but Malibu was too pricey .

Well unfortunately a lot of it is in a flood plain and has been for years but we can hash out the details.

If Burleson played his home games in Wrigley or some other hitter friendly park 30 would be reachable. Playing so many games in Busch Stadium makes 25 a more reasonable target for him.
