See him as a platoon type .. playing once a week would be about right ... Church on Sunday !
I hope he's good enough to be a daily communicant!

Dumb question by Goold with his statement that we've traded "four All-Stars." No mention that three weren't All-Stars since 2023 (NA and Sonny) and 2022 (WC).

He had a great answer for Jurrangelo Cijntje, concentrating mostly on RHP moving forward, but still keeping him throwing BPs. etc. until they evaluated him more.

He emphasized concentrating on huge upside. A higher risk for a higher ceiling is a good strategy.
Yes but our fan base also has a lot of fans that go to games for the name on the Jersey so I can see some relevance.
no worries ... I'm sure all those that wanted this tank job will be filling the seats!

Maybe and that would be ok. However, there was time when a lot of us had those same limitations for Donny. I am guilty as charged.

That was a bad question from Goold. Bloom diplomatically but firmly answered it.

They weren't going to fill the seats for the mediocre product we had either so what's the point. Anyways to each their own. You don't have to go to games or even follow them if you don't want to.

NEVER HEARD:

"We like this team"

"Dry Powder"

"Exit Velocity" mumbo jumbo

"Competitive and see what happens"

BUT did hear:

"We've added significant talent upside to our minor league system but there are no guarantees of success".

Truth and honesty is not dead in the Cardinal POBOy position. Will need a translator for the DimWallets.

Direction and transparency both. And I don't feel like I'm the janitor on a mega yacht being told how to manage my money, either. Mo was good at that.

Bloom feels like he's working FOR the team, and not the other way around.

Chaim was a class act with his praise of Donny to lead off the Presser.

I like listening to him speak, too.
I don't give a ZZZZ what he says. I care about him putting a good team on the field. Failed at that.
