Why? The only players traded that have any connection to Bloom were Blaze Jordan (a low level acquisition made before Bloom was working for the MLB team) and Hunter Dobbins (drafted in 2021 in the 8th round). What does he have bias for if only one player traded for out of six he had any connection with?
I'm okay with that.... Every GM has a good working relationship with at least one team. Mo liked trading with the Jays and Cleveland through the years.

Just thought it seemed a little odd to do basically all of our trading with one team and no one else could beat any of the offers in multiple deals. I acknowledge I’m likely reading too much into it.
