these new rules are confusing....but I guess they don't you losing a ton of players....I think we lost 4-5 players last year.

6'4" 250 is not easy to hide

The White Sox were the only team to take a player in the second round of the MLB phase. Once everyone passes, the Rule 5 Draft is over, so it officially ended when the White Sox passed on taking a third player.

There will be a minor league phase, too, which is much less consequential.
