Oh good. It’d been a week since we’d gotten a Kerbs/Kelly thread. I was starting to get worried!
Sorry Mrs. Kerber.
Here’s my weekly ‘KERBER & VITALE ARE HORRIBLE’ post. I hope noone’s peenis flytrap gets huffy with their muffy.
Hey if you want to continue to beat your head against the wall, go for it. Just seems pretty pointless to me
Yeah and that's why you always respond to it.
Right, and that’s what Im sheepishly referring to to most anyways…his chronic penchant for getting offended everytime someone has a differing opinion than him, as if his is more valid and/or important. Im hardly bangin my head…unless Im enjoyin some killer Metal tunes. *thumps up emoji since it’s blasphemous that this site doesn’t offer the option to post one*
Seriously? I could care less if someone has a different opinion, nor do I have any particular feelings toward the broadcast one way or the other, but it’s funny that we’ve had a million posts on the subject since the season started.
What’s next? Holding your breath until they change it?

I'm not goin to stop missing John Kelly when he's not there for every game. He's good and I like him for the main thing. But I also don't like the organization dumping him like he was nothing. Dan and John Kelly are/were a big part of Blues history.

I’m probably in the minority on this one, but I really enjoy Kerbs and Joey. Even in previous years, I would watch the game, but listen to them on 101. I think Kerbs does a good job of describing the game. I think Joey brings a great insight from his playing days, and I do get a kick out of his weird sense of humor.
I'm with you!
No doubt, Vitale gets carried away and speaks too fast, ala Federko, but I love the small quips about other players when he was playing and the actual St. Louis references, instead of the Ottawa 67s or whatever things Ottawa that Pang and Kelly would take about. (I still really like and respect those two; Kerber and Vitale are good in a different way. Much more energy in total.)
I'm sure JK would have been happy to stay in STL but you know he's not unhappy he got out in time for this chit show. Even Pangers saying holy jumping I jumped ship just in the nick of time.

John Kelly is part of the Blues family. They just kicked him to the curb. They added insult to injury in the abruptness to the way it was handled. Blues management fired him with the carelessness of firing one of their stadium ushers.

he wasn't fired, his contract wasn't renewed.
and I would guess he made more than Kerbs and Joe combined

It's a billion dollar enterprise.
You're talking peanuts....I'm pretty sure the Kings had no problem bumping him up .

He was under contract to FanDuel, not the Blues.
That was wholeheartedly cleared and endorsed by the Blues, who gained financially by that deal....which I contend was peanuts when compared to their operation costs and net worth.

I'm not happy he is gone either but you will need to back up those claims with proof not supposition or reports of a "rumor" if you expect rational people to believe them.

Rivers or Rutherford, not sure which one it was, stated on 101 there's no way this decision did not get the blessing of the Blues.
It's totally rational to believe that, imo. No way did they release him without the Blues knowledge and endorsement.
Aesa it's fine if you don't believe that, but I do and every sign points to it, particularly them never announcing any disappointment or surprise by the non extension of his contract and the Blues definitely gained financially by that very move.
This write up may convince you, totally logical and factual.
