After replacing their struggling kicker, Mizzou's Harrison Mevis stepped in and is a perfect 19-19 for the LA Rams. In his first game vs. the hated Niners he went 6 for 6 on extra points It took 3 games for McVay to trust him to attempt a FG but when he did he went 2 for 2 including a 52 yarder.
The Rams are cruising and it would be cool to see "The Thiccer Kicker" kick in the Super Bowl
MIZ-
What were some of the fourth down scenarios where they opted to go for it and eschew the FG?
Good question. Two of the three games were routes. We crushed the Niners 42-26 and the Bucs 34-7. The 3rd game was a closer win against SEA but we just scored touchdowns.
Terrible answer.
You stated it took McVey three games to trust him.
That implies he didn't give him an opportunity or two, and yet you can't provide those scenarios.

The Rams just laid a big, fat egg at Carolina. Love it. And Pad Statford had 3 TOs.
And F StanK.
The OP has been a STL hater for years......hung here in our faces supporting the fraud until the PD finally shut that forum down, the only way to get rid of the last LA dregs who relished being here taunting fans of this city. A true little man.
And it doesn't surprise me the creep of this board saw business as usual with the massive fraudulent campaign that took that team away. These two clowns go hand in hand.
Cool story bro.
Meanwhile MIZZOU legend Harrison Mevis went 6 for 6 on extra points and 1 for 1 on FG attempts vs. Arizona. He is still perfect on the season.

You still hanging out near playgrounds out there in Southern California? Still have that junior high “49RH8R” vanity plate you were so proud of? Hard to believe you are still here polluting STL Today. All this time since the Rams moved, and you’re still trolling away. You’re even more pathetic than you were when there was a NFL Forum on STL Today, & you were here posting 24/7/365…hundreds of posts a week for years. It’s clowns like you that got that forum removed.
Anyway, back to the OP. Are you excited about Mevis or what? MIZZOU boy comes in and has gone 26 for 26 so far. Great story

You're not telling any one here what we already knew before you did.
Your a low life troll...always was and always will be.
The Rams (Rosy Grier and Roman Gabriel vintage) were my electric football team back in the day and I always liked that team. However, the Lions will show them Sunday who is the class of the NFC (if they get their offensive line straightened out).
Remember Ennis Rakestraw? He’s still a Lion but essentially has been on IR for two straight years. Will he ever take the field again for the Lions? Well, I hope so but if he can’t stay relatively healthy next year I’m guessing they’ll drop him.

A real creep like your little buddy here.
I'm pretty sure people with emotional baggage like yourself do not follow Mevis on a game to game basis since he left Mizzou. Mevis is now 28 for 28 on extra points and 5 for 5 on FG's. That is simply incredible and extremely impressive.
Just say thanks for the info and be happy for the former Mizzou kicker.

GO RAMS!
Mevis was 7 for 7 and seems to split the uprights every time. The whole team looked dominant.
And to answer acco40, yes I do remember Miz CB Ennis Rakestraw and thought that was a good pick by the Lions. Too bad it hasn't worked out for him. According to Spotrac he's made $3.4 million so hopefully he's saved most of it.

You think this buuullcrap your posting makes up for what you really are because it's about a MISSOURI player so you can try to gain favor here?
You trashed STL and Missouri every chance you had and loved doing it.
W_T_F are you even doing here????
You had years to prove you had an ounce of class within you and proved every day you don't. Not a friggen ounce.
Wherever it is go home and stay there....you know...where the trash is piled high.

And LA obviously doesn't give much of 2 sh**ts about the Rams. At many games, fans of opponents are there in great numbers or even dwarf the showing of Rams fans. That bedpan-shaped stadium turns red when the 49ers are in town. The Lions on Sunday had thousands of fans there.
My sister and brother-in-law have lived in LA for decades, and they have never been even slightly interested in the Rams. It's all Dodgers for them. And same for their friends.
Yet this troll has consistently bad-mouthed STL when LA hasn't shown nearly the support for the Rams that they had in STL. He is oblivious, lying or stupid, or all 3. He's just using Mevis to continue his hateful campaign. He's as transparent as StanK was when he told STL he would never move the team.

That would be epic. Mevis and local hero Kyren Williams would get huge, fat SB rings. Sadly, I do not even think the clowns in this thread would be happy for them.
