Shut up Bobo
Is this Bobo the Bear?

Bobo the Bunny?

Or the Spanish "Bobo"?
Bobo from Howard Stern

Donovan is superior in all facets to Gorman at 3B.
Of course he could be dealt or in LF.
Gorman does need to play as painful as it is watching him hit.

LH "controlled" players (last 3 years stats)
.282 .351 .420 .771 1538 Donovan - 2 years
.246 .343 .395 .739 1491 Nootbar - 2 years

RH veterans (last 3 years stats)
.261 .358 .459 .817 1416 Contreras - 2 or 3 years
.261 .312 .413 .725 1683 Arenado - 2 years

RH "controlled players
.291 .375 .445 .820 755 Herrera - 4 years
.252 .304 .376 .680 1311 Winn - 4 years
.240 .302 .378 .680 1039 Walker - 4 years
.233 .275 .368 .643 607 Pages - 5 years

.220 .314 .286 .600 210 Fermin - 5 years
.231 .262 .375 .637 168 Pozo - 5 years

I'd trade high on Burleson right now and get prospects. Alternative is to trade Contreras and play Burleson at 1B but you won't get much in prospects.
I'd trade Arenado and send $15M cash... more if we can buy a decent prospect, too. To be honest, I'd rather just play him. Gorman is not an answer.
I'm okay with trading Donovan for prospects but I hate it. I'd rather trade Arenado and play Donovan at 3B but I understand the strategy.
I"d hold on to Nootbar to avoid trading low. Play him in LF when he gets healthy; trade him at the deadline or next year. He's not blocking anyone.
I'm fine with holding on to Gorman but I might play Saggese or Fermin over him. Let them compete for the 3B job. See what you got.
I'd send Walker to AAA and play Church in RF. See what you got until August, then maybe Baez is ready or Walker returns.

C Pages
DH/C Hererra - if we keep Burleson and Contreras, then Herrera needs to catch a lot.
1B Contreras or Burleson
2B Wetherholt - see what ya got; maybe wait until late April to promote to gain another year of control unless he kills it in ST.
SS Winn
3B 1 of Gorman vs Saggese vs Fermin - see what ya got - I'd like to tryout Fermin 1st, Saggese 2nd, and Gorman (no glove) only if both fail.
LF Nootbar - rebuilding trade value; holding a spot for Walker or Baez or ???
CF Scott - waiting for someone better to come along
RF Church - see what ya got; could move to CF if he hits and a real RF arrives.

C Pozo
IF 2 of Gorman vs Saggese vs Fermin
OF Torres

Saggese needs to play some CF to be a RH option there (but not as a starter). Fermin also needs a occasional corner OF glove.

Pages is a good defensive catcher.
Saggese/Winn/Wetherholt/Contreras would be a good defensive infield.
Nootbar/Scott/Church would be a good defensive catcher.
Maybe our pitchers would look a lot better without Walker, Gorman, and Burleson standing behind them.
Sadly our pitching is currently possibly bottom 10% to 20% of MLB without Gray.
