Does Bloom have a plan to develop the talent already in the majors?

Or is his focus so far out that he expects few to 0 of our 2025 roster to be on the next pennant team?

What’s his evaluation of our current roster position players. Are there any worth keeping and matching with the right development staff to get to the next level? Or just wait until they are all replaced by Blooms guys born after 2003?

Also as he keeps hiring new coaches - do any ever get fired? What does it take to fail enough to be replaced?

Bloom has. O skins in this lineup. These are BeBe kids. I’m sure he has a plan to cover the current crop. But, I bet it’s not the same plan as to when he has all his players. He has a plan for this roster and a completely different idea about a roster carved by his own doing.

Then this rebuild may take a LOT longer than anyone here is suggesting so far...

If Bloom can get the 2023 versions of Gorman and Walker, give him and whomever helped accomplish it a raise.

So far Oli hasn't been able to recapture that 2023 version, yet there's rumblings about a raise and extension for him?!?!?!

With two years under his belt there's no doubt C. Bloom has seem enough of Norman, JWalk, ect...to know who's career they think they can re-hab and who's a lost cause.

If he starts Walker at Memphis, then we know he still thinks they can turn him around.

If he deals Gorman, well duh we know the answer.

He's also probably got some idea's about Libby, how to get him to the next level.

I think they are done with Gorman. Looks like they will give Walker another shot.
