In addition to the 10 new hirings, others already there were given promotions including former Cardinal player Ryan Ludwick who is now has title of Minor League Outfield Coordinator.
Bloom has sure expanded the minor league development and performance areas big time. Good to see that ownership is giving him the support.

Until that happens is the rebuild going to be held back by a mix of old ideas?
