He is in a real vulnerable position for trades. The only reasonable direction he can go is amassing more firsts because their own first is the fourth pick (we're totally going to lose the RW tiebreaker to anybody we tie). The problem I don't know who we're selling that's going to get a first who we want to sell. Parayko and Binnington are the ones who come to mind, and maybe that chapter of the Blues is about to be over sooner than we think.
Yeah I mean teams that want to win would be looking at Binnington, Parayko and Schenn.

I think moving Binnington would be good now…depending on return ofc

It’s nice to see. I’m sure he feels a ton of pressure right now.

It wasn’t long ago that he publicly acknowledged feeling like he has failed the organization.

This stuff adds pressure.
When did he publicly say this?
Link?
When Berube was fired. Pretty common knowledge
Sooo, no link.
Got it.
Thanks.

Are you for real? Do you know how to use the internet? An average person could fact check it in seconds. Why would I provide a sexist, homophobic guy who slurs with anything?

Were you not following the team back then?

I don’t recall him ever saying that he failed the team….just like I don’t remember him saying that he made a mistake by letting Petro walk (because he never said it). He tend to read a lot into things ……then you form an opinion and state them as fact.
I never saw it….just asked for a link. No big deal.

Sorry, it might of happened…but your track record on here makes me believe that he never said it.
No big deal. Enjoy your evening.
I think you would be more believable if you hadn’t lied so often in the past or if you were a Blues fan….but you just are here to troll Blues fans. Again, no big deal. You be you.
I’m done with this…don’t want to ruin the thread for everyone else.
If you come up with the link…I would really appreciate it.

Hanging by a thread...

"I could not be more pleased," Blues owner Tom Stillman said. "As you all know, Doug is one of the top GMs in the league; in my view, the top GM. I'm just really happy to have him committed to the Blues for the next five years. Doug's record speaks for itself over the last 11 years here."

Yes he was. He was publicly talking about it.

"If I get fired in the next hour, or I get hit by a bus in the next hour, I don't feel today that I've left it any better than where I've found it, and that's an awful feeling“

He called the blues the titanic lol. Now why would he talk about this? Thomas/kyrou unhapppy … team not doing well. Bad decisions on his part costing hundreds of millions.

Wake up my man.

He better have been. He publicly called the blues the titanic/tanker meat ball. If you’re his boss you better be considering it. I can draw pictures if that helps

Armstrong was talking about his firing for fun lol

::crazya:: The comments to the op's links from the oilers fans are kind of funny. Any universe where we trade Binnie and Skinner is part of the return ... I would be done. They are probably getting a more desperate than Leafs fans given the expectations and skinner letting in two of the first five shots he has faced tonite.
Correction: three of his first 6.

Desperate was Krug/faulk/bchnevich. That was desperate and expensive.

The blues aren’t winning a cup in binningtons time left. Why keep him? Nostalgia?

Wouldn’t drawing pictures take longer than just providing a link? Show your work, chump. No one takes anything you say at face value. And why would they? Even something as simple as your current screen name makes it a fact that you’re a pure liar/dedicated deceiver.
