Hard pass on Kelly. We have enough starters throwing 91-93. Gallen had a bad year but could have a bounce back

Rational person, fan or media type, would ask - WHY would any free agent want to sign with STL? Unless you are injury magnet, declining skills, etc they would have zip interest in STL.
